The special raffle took place to mark St Patrick's Day and we provided Nathan with Irish in Britain lanyards, pens and travel wallets for staff at all stations.

Displays went up at all the stations and in The Emergency Operations Centre South in Waterloo for staff and corporate staff, and a digital display was added to the London Ambulance internal network
Raffle prizes were a breakfast hamper and a sweet hamper kindly donated by Your Irish Shop, and a year’s free membership to Irish in Britain.
Nathan is from Tuam in Co Galway and moved to London in 2014, he has been a friend of Irish in Britain for many years.
Because the last year was so difficult for many charities, and especially tough for many older Irish people living in Britain, Nathan wanted to celebrate St Patrick’s day with a fundraising event to support our Cuimhne Irish Memory Loss Alliance campaign.
We want to thank Nathan and all the staff London Ambulance Service for holding the event and raising more than £500 for Cuimhne, which aims to raise awareness of memory loss and dementia and support families and carers.
