This annotated bibliography is a collation of research, scholarly work and evidence from community organisations about the Irish in Britain.
This Bibliography of Research brings together material from different sources, perspectives and disciplines and is intended as a resource for those wishing to know more about the Irish community in Britain.
The focus of the bibliography is on the most contemporary evidence and particularly aims to capture the expanding body of scholarly research which has emerged since the year 2000. However for the sake of completeness, a small number of earlier materials have been include because of their seminal nature and significance.
We believe in the importance of research into our community and this publication has taken a lot of resources to put together and we are committed to keeping it up to date.
