Don’t forget that Irish citizens can now renew their Irish Passport Book or Passport Card, or apply for their first Passport card online using the online passport renewal service. The online service is also available for children’s passports.
So whether you are Irish in Britain, or anywhere else in the world you can apply at any time of the night or day. You will need to upload a digital photo.
One important exception. If you have already submitted a paper application you cannot then apply online.
