Increasingly funders and local commissioners want to know that your organisation is well run before they will invest in your with a grant or contract. Ireland’s Global Diaspora Policy launched just last week makes explicit that they want all ESP funded organisations to demonstrate the quality of the services provided and of the organisation which runs that. Some of the ways to assess the quality of your service are to ask the people who use your services, the staff and volunteers who run them and any partner organisations you are working with. Also you can review how effective your board and financial planning are etc.
We are offering our members support to introduce quality assurance systems into their organisation. To do this we are asking members to give us a better of idea of what you are already doing and what support you would like. Please take a few minutes to answer this very short survey.
