Booktrust has developed a toolkit that has case studies and lots of advice to help you run your own literacy and arts events in your local library or community centre.
The toolkit shows you how to promote your event, support the audience and work with external companies.
Documents include help to fundraise – including writing bids for grant funding – as well as a template to put together a risk assessment ahead of the event.
