The closing date to request a questionnaire has passed on October 30. You can complete the on–line questionnaire here until November 16.
Please be aware that there is also a parallel Group Submission process that runs until November 20 and a number of focus groups will be held and advertised here. See below for further info.
You may be aware that there was a substantial backlog of questionnaires to be posted to those who have requested them so the previous deadline for return of postal questionnaires of November 7 is no longer valid and the new deadline for return of postal questionnaires is November 16 (the same date that the on–line questionnaire will close).

Group Submissions
Groups who work with or represent longwave listeners in Britain will be able to make their submissions until 20 November 2015. This can be done simply by visiting this website. The short url for this site is: http://bit.ly/lwgroup
Groups should only make one submission and should agree amongst themselves before completing the submission. If you fail to complete the survey, the system tracks your progress and returns you to where you left off.
Focus Groups
A number of focus groups will be held in November. The first will be in London on November 4 in the London Irish Centre (if you wish to attend email Michael below) – the rest will be in other cities across Britain and will be advertised on this website.
