In recognition of Stress Awareness Day, which falls in November, we are hosting a complimentary 60-minute webinar on resilience and stress management.

The session looks at the factors that can have an impact on our mental health, in particular the effects of excessive stress. You will also learn about practical daily habits and coping strategies that support mental health and wellbeing.
This session is open to our members and the wider Irish community in Britain.
