Sophie’s Stars is dedicated to supporting family and loved ones of people diagnosed with cancer. The charity is a community of people who have shared experiences, are able to provide advice and support, and who just simply want to talk to each other. This session will welcome along founder of Sophie’s Stars, Dr Leanne Griffiths.
