Join us for a Webinar which launches a new report on 'Tackling suicide inequalities in Gypsy and Traveller communities', from Friends, Families and Travellers, produced in collaboration with the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities.

The event will be chaired by Rachael Maskell MP, member of the Gypsy, Traveller and Roma All Party Parliamentary Group, and Vice Chair of the Suicide and Self-harm Prevention All Party Parliamentary Group.

In this session you will:

  • Hear from community speakers on the prevalence of suicide in Gypsy and Traveller communities and it's impacts

  • Explore practical information and recommendations to support professionals to take action on the social inequalities that lead to high risk of suicide among Gypsy and Traveller populations

  • Hear practical examples of good practice in ensuring that services are inclusive for Gypsy and Traveller people
