Beginning in 1858 with the arrival of the Irish refugees from the Famine ‘The Power and the People’ brings to life the eventful history of Battersea Power Station and the surrounding area.
Green Curtain Theatre uses drama and first-person testimonies to re-tell some of those stories – of hardship, migration, and personal achievement.
Do come along and see it. We have three performances at 12.00, 2.30 and 4.45pm. venue is only a six-minute walk from the Power Station.
