• Provide support and informal mentoring to members of EFSA.

• Work in partnership with the London Fire Brigade and associated partners to improve community safety, especially within socially excluded communities.

• Provide support and informal mentoring to members of EFSA.

• Work in partnership with the London Fire Brigade and associated partners to improve community safety, especially within socially excluded communities.

• Work in partnership with the London Fire Brigade by providing support to their recruitment planning and processes to attract greater diversity of applicants.

• Support and facilitate inter–faith working and improve community interaction and cohesion.

• Influence and support EFSA in the direction of policies and procedures and other initiatives nationally, regionally and locally, in line with equality legislation, principles and anti–discriminatory practices.

• Assist the fire and rescue service in the development of new and existing policies that support our objectives.

• Work in partnership with other stakeholder and support groups where relevant to share best practice and progress joint objectives.Provide a forum for networking and act as a social group that celebrates the diversity of our member.

We also engage in charitable activities, locally and internationally, as appropriate, for example with Arlington House in Camden.
